Wood Co. was born from a lifelong connection to the forest. I grew up along the Russian River, surrounded by redwoods and the quiet remnants of Northern California’s old logging industry—constant reminders of both the beauty and the responsibility that come with working with wood. That early relationship with nature shaped my belief that every log deserves a meaningful second life.

Today, my mission is simple: keep valuable wood out of landfills, support local artisans, and make sustainable materials accessible to the people who build, design, and create. By partnering closely with sawyers, mills, and makers across Sonoma County, Marin, Mendocino, and the Bay Area, Wood Co. helps transform responsibly salvaged and sustainably sourced logs into high-quality slabs, beams, lumber, and custom pieces.

Every piece of wood carries a story—the history of the tree, the landscape it came from, and the hands that shape it. My role is to honor that story by connecting architects, designers, builders, and craftspeople with materials that reflect integrity, sustainability, and the natural beauty of our region. Together, we create work that respects the forest and continues its legacy.
